For Sinterklaas

Today is the feast of St. Nicholas

It's a day that you simply can't miss

With chocolate letters, kruidnoten, marzipan,

speculaas and fondant candies courtesy of the kind old man

Filled shoes, surprise gifts, silly rhymes and Bishop's Wine

All make this a favorite holiday of mine.
