Truffle Kruidnoten Cupcakes Recipe

These festive truffle kruidnoten cupcakes were inspired by truffel kruidnoten, one of the latest twists on classic Dutch kruidnoten, those tiny ginger nut cookies eaten at Sinterklaas. The result? An aromatic, fluffily textured cakelet topped with a layer of crispy sweet white chocolate, dusted with bitter Dutch cocoa powder. Need we say more?
