INGREDIENTS
125 g powdered sugar
200 g ground almonds
1 egg
Grated zest and juice of half a lemon
You'll also need a food processor and plastic wrap.
METHOD
Cut a large piece of plastic wrap and place it on the work counter. Blitz the powdered sugar, ground almonds, egg, lemon zest and juice in a food processor. Itll form itself into a dough ball.
