I love a good Caribbean
ginger beer, but the commercial varieties often have such chemical-looking additives that I have been wanting to make my own version at home. Who needs the stress?

You should be able to find bottled ginger syryp in the baking section of your supermarket, or at Asian stores. A good one should only list ginger and sugar as ingredients.
